Born and raised in Toronto, Neil Stella is a home-grown super fly machine from the west end! Ever since grade 8, Neil always knew he wanted to work in the Radio industry... He just didn't know how the middle steps would all come together but he prepared himself with an array of various different sized door stoppers so that he could get his leg in there. In grade 9, Neil Stella started his own gossip radio show! Produced with what bare tools he had at his disposal, he created a 24kbps encoded weekly wrap-up of all gossip going on at his high school. Once noticed, people listened! Sadly, all these files were lost in the great computer wipeout of 2003. These shows still remain in Neil's mind and have always helped him to develop his own sound online and offline.

Through college, graduating and eventually working as an intern for PROUD FM during Pride 2008, he has stuck around to make it as Promotions/Website Coordinator as well as Weekend Announcer.

Tune in Saturdays from 1 - 5pm to hear Neil Stella laugh about life, get upset over poor customer service, recommend you some great music and of course always keeping you in the loop as to what's going on at The Pride of Toronto, 103.9 PROUD FM!
